Great company, customer service and auto service personal!!! I have been there for a new tires and an alignment with installation. At the time I did not need an appointment just came in and back on the road for the next hours. The prices were reasonable compared to anywhere else in Pittsburgh. I am very, very satisfied with my experience at Factory Tires and Full Service. I highly recommend getting there for your car inspection or service. I will definitely coming back in the future for other services as they does. FIVE stars 🌟 for Service 5 stars 🌟too employees and 5 star 🌟 prices. Just one more happy customer. 😃 Keep going Guys!!!

Great customer service and auto service by experts in the field of mechanics. I needed new tires and an alignment with new tire rod installation. I also got a free estimate on damages to my car and in written form as requested. At the time I did not need an appointment which was a life saver because I needed my car serviced and back on the road for the next day. The gentlemen were polite and educated on the issue and situation and serviced my vehicle within 24 hours for her to be back on the road for tomorrow. The prices were reasonable compared to anywhere else in Pittsburgh. They also have a supply of used tires for cheaper prices but supply is limited so do call ahead of time if you need to find used tires. I am super satisfied with my experience at Factory Tires and Full Service. I highly recommend getting your car inspected or serviced here. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for other services as they do it ALL here. Look no further, Tire Factory Outlet is the right place to be. No upsells, no haggles, no fuss. 5 stars 🌟 Service 5 stars 🌟 employees 5 star 🌟 prices. Non paid review. Just one happy customer. 😃

Hands down the best auto shop I've been to. The entire staff was nice and extremely helpful, going the extra mile and even working past close just to make sure we could make it back home to Dayton on time. It was our anniversary and it would have been ruined if not for their help. Five stars isn't enough.

these guys had me in and out and saved me a ton of money. they dont sell you on things you dont need and they do great work. i highly recommend stopping here if you need any work done on your vehicle.
